The Adina GT Room Tasting Experience
Celebrate NSW Wine Month with a unique wine, food and motoring experience in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Located in Lovedale, Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove brings together its vineyard and olive grove, dining, accommodation, Day Spa, and a range of experiences on the one Hunter Valley estate. Conveniently located just minutes from the Hunter Expressway, Adina is around 90 minutes from Sydney’s North Shore and under an hour from Newcastle. 

Wine and olives are at the heart of Adina. Every Adina wine is made from grapes grown on its Hunter Valley vineyard, with a diverse range including Tempranillo, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc alongside Hunter Valley Shiraz, whites, Rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines. 

Adina is also home to almost 2,000 olive trees, producing its own olives and range of olive oils, including infused oils, which form part of the estate tasting experience. 

At the heart of the estate’s dining experience is Estancia Adina, where food is designed to be shared and enjoyed. Its menu brings together South American, northern Italian and Mediterranean influences, drawing on seasonal produce and some of the Hunter Valley’s finest ingredients, from smoky grilled meats and fresh seafood to artisanal pastas.

For NSW Wine Month, these elements come together in Adina’s GT Room for a tasting experience with a difference. Surrounded by a rotating collection of classic and performance cars, including the iconic Aston Martin DB5, guests will taste a selection of Adina’s estate-grown wines, olives and olive oils, accompanied by a specially created tasting plate from Estancia.

Guests can then choose to stay a little longer and continue their visit with lunch or dinner at Estancia, explore the estate or make more of their Hunter Valley visit with accommodation and Reflections Day Spa also available on the property.
